Being an introvert means I disappear sometimes 🫣

Aloha Bestie,

I’m heading out for a writing retreat this week, and before I go quiet for a few days, I wanted to check in with you.

My biz bestie sent me this reel that said, being friends with an introvert is hard. Did they die. Are they recharging. Are they Batman now.

And honestly. That part.

I’m very much an introvert who loves her people, loves her work, and still needs real space to recharge so I don’t disappear inside my own brain.

That recharging time is not laziness.
It’s maintenance.

It’s the same kind of thing we’ve been talking about the last few emails.

Cleaning up the foundation.
Planning from real life.
Reducing decision fatigue.

All of it is really about creating space so your brain does not have to work overtime just to keep things moving.

That’s also why this timing feels right to share this.

I’m part of the F#ck Valentine’s: Let’s Make Your Offers the Real Love Story bundle this month.

It’s not about hearts or hype. It’s about making your offers clearer, your messaging cleaner, and your business easier to run without burning yourself out trying to be visible all the time.

Inside the bundle, you can grab my 5X Content Remix Formula, plus a bunch of other tools that help you stop reinventing everything every week.

If you’ve been meaning to tighten things up, or you want something supportive to work through while I’m off recharging, this is a really good moment for it.

👉 You can grab the bundle here:

And just to keep this grounded, here’s your one small action this week:

👉 Notice where you need to recharge before you try to push harder.

That could be stepping back.
It could be simplifying.
It could be choosing one tool instead of five.

That counts as strategy too.

I’ll be back next week with stories from the retreat and probably a few new thoughts I didn’t know I needed yet.

Until then, take care of your energy.
It’s part of the work.

P.S. If you want something steady to work with while I’m away, the bundle stays open through Feb 21. No pressure. Just an option if you need support instead of more noise.

Aloha Bestie, I don’t even dance, but somehow I’ve become emotionally invested in whether a guy on TikTok learns how to Dougie. If you haven’t seen it yet, here’s the video everyone’s been talking about. It finally landed on my For You page, and now I’m fully cheering him on. What’s interesting isn’t the dance. It’s why so many of us care. So I started asking myself a few questions. Q: Why is this working...
